Adult Mental Health Support and Activities Bradford

We host a range of events and workshops as part of our wider commitment to mental health support Bradford. From Mental Health Awareness Days to Health and Well-being Days and cultural celebrations for Eid and Christmas, our events are open to all. Workshops include Coffee Mornings, Senior Arts and Crafts, and tailored mental health support programmes like Small Steps for Women and Men, as well as Naye Subah for women with higher mental health needs.

How Do These Activities Help?
These activities help people build confidence, make friends, and feel safe in new social environments. Many experience relief from anxiety and isolation by joining in conversations and participating in enjoyable activities. Through one-to-one support, participants feel heard and can work towards their personal goals with compassionate, person-centred assistance.
