Through one-to-one support, job coaching, and employer engagement, we help individuals find and sustain paid employment in inclusive workplaces that value their contributions.
Our Supported Employment Hub acts as a single point of access for personalised employment support. We work closely with job seekers, employers, families, and professionals to ensure that employment isn’t just a possibility—it’s a reality.

Our Supported Employment Service is designed to make finding and keeping a job as straightforward as possible. We provide step-by-step support, ensuring that every individual gets the help they need at the right time.

- You can self-refer, or be referred by a family member, carer, or professional (such as a GP or job centre).
- Contact us via phone, email, or our online form to start the process.
- A member of our team will get in touch to discuss your needs and next steps.

Vocational Profiling – Finding the Right Fit
- We take time to understand your skills, interests, and career goals.

Job Matching & Employer Engagement

In-Work Support – Settling into Your New Role
- Once you start work, we stay by your side to help with the transition.

- Support is gradually reduced as you gain confidence and independence in your role.
